ABOUT US
Russell Rottkamp worked in numerous restaurants from New York to San Francisco and moved to Guerneville in 2002. He just took ownership of The Hot Box BBQ in August 2025 after working on the truck with Abbie & Dan for 4 years. "When I first tasted their food, I knew they had something special. And then when they decided to sell the business I had no doubt that I wanted to keep this unique food experience alive and going in Guerneville."
Russell worked with Abbie to learn all of her award-winning recipes and is keeping the Hot Box menu the same, along with some new additions and specials coming soon.

Sandwich buffet
We set up a complete buffet of meat. Toppings and sauce, so your party can eat continuously at your speed. Food is kept warm in chafing dishes and can be replenished as needed.
